At Vivatech 2021, Wyes was awarded “BEST INNOVATION VIVATECH 2021” for its electronic device that provides an autonomous communication method for patients affected by Charcot disease. Our technical teams enthusiastically embarked on the Wyes project and the development of connected glasses.
Beyond the technical aspect and the close collaboration between our hardware engineers and Wyes’ software engineers, the promise was to develop an autonomous communication method for people suffering from motor neuron diseases, which are paralyzing and prevent them from expressing themselves verbally or manually.
This has been achieved with the Wyes glasses. The first prototypes are operational, and their showcase at the VIVATECH exhibition did not go unnoticed. Beyond the excitement from political figures (Bruno Le Maire, Cédric O) who visited the booth to encourage the teams, Wyes was awarded “BEST INNOVATION VIVATECH 2021”. Congratulations again to Maxime, Sarah, and Pierre for their work and commitment.
